We use your information to provide healthcare booking services, facilitate consultations with doctors, process payments, send appointment reminders, and improve our platform. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. Medical Data Protection
All medical records, consultation notes, and prescriptions are encrypted at rest and in transit using AES-256 encryption. Only you and your treating doctors can access your medical data. We comply with Bangladesh national data protection regulations.
4. Data Sharing
We share your information only with doctors you book appointments with, payment processors for transaction completion, and regulatory bodies when required by law. We do not share your health information for advertising purposes.
5. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Medical records are retained for 7 years as required by Bangladesh healthcare regulations. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can download your medical records from your patient dashboard. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@myneimed.com.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management, and analytics cookies to understand how users interact with our platform. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings.
